Meet Zac

Zac Bethel began his career in the sign industry in the St. Louis metro area applying vinyl and vehicle wraps. Within a year, he began learning how to create designs for CNC milling, and he found the combination of creativity, design, and hands-on work to be the perfect intersection of his skills. After first learning the techniques and artistry of 2D signage, he found his way to Colorado and to House of Signs, in Silverthorne, to apprentice under Periandros Damoulis, one of the best and most respected sign makers in the world. In the Rocky Mountains, he spent years working side by side with Peris, who taught Zac to design, model, and fabricate the highest quality custom, dimensional carved signs. Zac continues to lead the shop’s production of award-winning signs in the West and around the world.

In 2023, Sign Builder Illustrated awarded Zac the bronze medal in their inaugural, worldwide Top Young Sign Maker competition.

Zac is becoming an expert in 3D modeling for designers and fabricators interested in making one-of-a-kind 3D art and signage. He is excited about the future of sign making and enjoys collaborating with makers of all kinds — please connect with us today!
